Join us starting June 3rd for one-day, in-person passive builder training events - $25 registration
passivhausMAINE has teamed up with presenting sponsor Hancock Lumber, as well as Maine Passive House to offer these one-day builder trainings. MAINE BLOWER DOOR TESTING will be teaching keys to success in blower door testing for Maine code compliance at each of the classes.
The first training takes place at Maine Passive House in Bryant Pond, at 9 a.m. on June 3rd. This training will teach new and experienced builders around (1) meeting the new MUBEC building and health codes as well as (2) understanding and implementing the most effective and modern practices for building long-lasting, low-carbon structures. phME has a long history of encouraging new and experienced builders, architects and engineers to look at their practices through a new lens.
We’re welcome those who might never have thought about the building trades and we want to encourage women, those in the LGBTQ+ community and those representing minorities to join us.
