Qualifications
Svea Tullberg graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS in Architecture in 2001, and has spent each of the following 20+ years since developing her skills in many different aspects of design and construction. Over these years she worked as an entry level architect, carpenter, Building Envelope Professional, & Passive House Consultant, Most recently she has been a Project Manager for both a leading home performance company and a high performance design/build company, both during her time in Maine. She is currently licensed for Infiltration & Duct Leakage testing by the Building Performance Institute.

Svea draws from a broad experience in high performance, energy efficient design & construction and is passionate about helping Maine builders & homeowners succeed in their goals.
